Now is the the best time to buy San Francisco real estate, with record low interest rates.
This infographic from the California Association of Realtors (CAR) shows average interest rates for 30-year fixed-rate mortgages over the past 3 decades. It’s a visual illustration of just how much lower interest rates are now than they have been historically—in fact, interest rates are at an all-time historic low. October 1981 had the highest interest rates, at 18.45%, and today’s interest rate is only 3.47%! If you had any doubts that now is a good time to buy, consider them dispelled.
