Construction workers are estimating 1-2 weeks until they pour concrete to lay the foundation for Phase II, a 52 story 299 residential development at One Rincon Hill. Phase II Tower expected to be completed in 2014 changing the skyline of SOMA forever, which will complement the existing One Rincon Hill development.
