New construction in San Francisco is on the rise again, with many new projects coming out of the woodwork this summer, but that doesn’t mean that last year’s new developments still aren’t up for grabs. Here are some new updates on the homes still available in the city’s new construction market.
One Hawthorne (exclusively represented by The Mark Company): Downtown San Francisco offers few new construction condo options. One Hawthorne has recently opened its top floors and penthouse units. 23 out of 165 units remain. At this time, all junior one bedrooms have been sold, and only one 1-bedroom home remains. Three two-bedroom units are left.
Millennium Towers (exclusively represented by Millennium Partners): The very popular Millennium Tower still has 84 out of the original 416 units original remaining. Offering the 5-Star hotel experience and central location, the development has remained a destination for luxury-oriented homebuyers. 2 BR floor plans make up a majority of units still available.
