I was recently given early access to the Millwheel SF development and was stunned by the quality of finishes and incredibly competitive pricing on these 32 new high end units. Millwheel South is located at 23rd Street and faces Minnesota and offers 15 units. Millwheel South houses a majority of the Two Bedroom Two Bathroom units which range in price from $649-739k and offer between 940-1225 sq. ft. Also in the South building are the developments most spacious 3 Bedroom 2.5 Bathroom units which will run between $795-850k and will offer a roomy 1595-1620 sq. ft. Finishes are just as refined in these units with wide-plank hardwood flooring, gorgeously designed kitchen and bathrooms, and top-of-the-line European appliance packages. HOA dues are also sub $400 marking these units as fantastic bargains. The development’s location brings incredible convenience to commuters with access to the 3rd street MUNI rail line, the 280 and 101 freeways, and local Dogpatch restaurants and mainstays.
