I was recently given early access to the Millwheel SF development and was stunned by the quality of finishes and incredibly competitive pricing on these 32 new high end units. Millwheel North
Millwheel North is located at 23rd and Indiana and will offer 17 units. These new units offer incredibly high end finishes and surprisingly generous floorplans that rival the most luxurious condominiums in South Beach and SOMA. Kitchens feature a “classic contemporary” look with spacious Belmont cabinetry, light Cesarstone counter-tops, and gas ranges. Since space saving is always essential in urban living, developers have finished all closets at Millwheel SF with Alpha Closet organizers. All units will also feature private outdoor space (either a patio or balcony) and several of the top floor units offer residents sweeping views of the Bay and city. Amenities are limited to a common courtyard which is available to all residents. One car parking is built in and available to all residents (although a $20,000 price reduction will be offered if no spot is necessary) and more parking is available for purchase for an additional deposit of $25,000. HOA dues are beyond competitive, at under $400 a month for all units, cementing this new development’s “deal” status.
Millwheel South
Millwheel South is located at 23rd Street and faces Minnesota and offers 15 units. Millwheel South houses a majority of the Two Bedroom Two Bathroom units which range in price from $649-739k and offer between 940-1225 sq. ft. Also in the South building are the developments most spacious 3 Bedroom 2.5 Bathroom units which will run between $795-850k and will offer a roomy 1595-1620 sq. ft. Finishes are just as refined in these units with wide-plank hardwood flooring, gorgeously designed kitchen and bathrooms, and top-of-the-line European appliance packages. HOA dues are also sub $400 marking these units as fantastic bargains. The development’s location brings incredible convenience to commuters with access to the 3rd street MUNI rail line, the 280 and 101 freeways, and local Dogpatch restaurants and mainstays.
